What is EDC?

 

The East Dulwich Clothing & Goods Collective Ltd (EDC) is an online e-commerce platform selling a variety of dope products from a selection of carefully curated brands.

 

Do you have a physical store?

EDC only operates as an online store. However, some of the products listed on our platform will be stocked at other selected retailers. This list can change over time so subscribe to our mailing list for updates.

DIY Kits

All our DIY Kits are shipped with ice packs and insulation to ensure they arrive to you are fresh as possible. Please ensure that you refrigerate your items as soon as you receive them to ensure that the integrity of the items are not compromised. 

All meat and fresh produce are produced with a 3-5 day use by date. We therefore insist that you consume these within the allotted time. 

All our kitchens operate under strict health and safely and food hygiene levels. We do inspect all items before shipping with only the freshest items sent out. 

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with a delivery kit, please contact us at info@the-edcstore.com so that we can investigate the matter. 

Your wellbeing and safety is of the highest importance to us, therefore if you have any food allergies, or special dietary requirements please contact us at info@the-edcstore.com before making your order.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

- Product is in original, resalable condition

- Product must be in original packaging

- Product must be unused

- Product must not be damaged

Our refund policy is valid for 14 days after the date of purchase. For more details please read our Returns & Refund Policy here.

We do not accept returns on food items. If your product is damaged or appears to be tampered with upon receiving your item, then please send a clear photo or video to our email address info@the-edcstore.com, along with an explanation of the issue, and will carry out an investigation on the matter. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to reply to any emails regarding damaged goods.

 

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Once your refund is confirmed your refund or exchange will be issued within 5 working days

 

Delivery 

How long does it take to ship my order?

The length of time it takes to receive your order depends on which delivery service you select on checkout.

- Express Delivery. You will receive your delivery within 1-2 working days, if your order is placed before 1pm.

- Standard Delivery 3-5 working days 

Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19 we may experience some delays in shipping your item. We will always keep you updated with your order and aim to get your goods to you as quickly and as safely as possible.

 

Do you deliver internationally?

We can ship internationally to selected countries. If you are interested in making a purchase from outside the UK please email us at info@the-edcstore.com before making your order to confirm if we ship to your location.
