Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has elapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
We do not accept returns on food items. If your product is damaged or appears to be tampered with upon receiving your item, then please send a clear photo or video to our email address, along with an explanation of the issue, and will carry out an investigation on the matter. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to reply to any emails regarding damaged goods.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is in original, resalable condition
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

UK returns can be carried out through the Collect+ service.
Collect+ have thousands of stores nationwide where you can drop off your return parcels. Most are open early 'til late 7 days a week & you can track your parcel back to the retailer with a unique code. Find your closest Collect+ store at www.collectplus.co.uk/EDC.
If you are a UK customer you can print off your return label at www.collectplus.co.uk/EDC. To reduce our impact on the environment we do not include return forms with every order. Return forms are available to download and print here.
If you wish to return your item via another method (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery), returns can be mailed to: The EDC Store, 133a Rye Ln, Peckham, London SE15 4BQ. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs. Remember to include a returns form which can be downloaded here.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
